The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 4926.65 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2020, down 1.22 per cent from previous quarter’s Rs 4987.64 crore and down 1.59 per cent from the year-ago quarter’s Rs 5006.12 crore.
The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 722.87 crore, up 20.03 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year.
As of 31-Dec-2020, domestic institutional investors held 9.62 per cent stake in the company, while foreign institutional investors held 29.26 per cent and the promoters 40.31 per cent.
